The end of 2011 brings new beginnings for 2012! Next year I will be focusing all my time and talent on Weddings, Maternity and Newborn Photography! To end this amazing year I photographed my brother-in-law and sister-in-law’s little family. We traveled to Bay City for a holiday get-together and I captured some really fun photos for them. Bay City is packed with some fabulous color, and it was invigorating to be able to photograph in a different city! They are moving from Bay City to Oklahoma tomorrow to begin their new adventure of joining a church as their head youth pastors. I’m so proud of you guys, happy travels! God will bless you on this journey!

My sweet nephew!

We love you guys!

Yes, 17 more sleeps until Christmas;  and even though we don’t have snow, here are some holiday images to get you in the Christmas spirit!!

It’s the Paulson family~and the wee ones are excited for the holiday!

Isn’t it amazing how a child can be so captivating…even while doing nothing? These next photos melt me.

^Those EYELASHES! Absolutely gorgeous.

Have a blessed holiday!

Yes, a blog post. Ok, I rarely post my photo previews as blog posts. It’s just so easy to hit “upload” on facebook. But the cruel reality is; easy isn’t best. Facebook muddies the colors and sharpness of the photos, it over-sharpens areas, making the photo look grainy…ect, ect…you get the point. I like my images true to themselves, not altered. Am I afraid to blog? Yes. I am not good with words and LOATH when photographers use blogs to over use words such as: Stunning. Swooooon. The most perfectly perfect perfection of a perfect session. Words irritate me. So I let photos do the talking. So, if you see me starting to “blog” more, you will see photos. Not many words. I sounds awful! I really am a happy person, and I love taking photos!

And on to the stunning family !  Let’s all take a moment and swooooon  !!!

People are getting ready for their Christmas cards! Whether you like the traditional look for your family or just capturing the moment, it is so important to capture your family each year. Life is so fragile, and I thank this family for letting me catch who they are this year.

Several months ago I photographed a beautiful mother. You can view her lovely pregnancy session here. 10 weeks ago her baby arrived, making this family of three into four! Welcome baby El…

What a sweet face. El has a big sis who is already showing her how to be a girl full of personality~~

What a miracle! Welcome little love.

It is so important to capture your family as they grow each year. This family hadn’t taken a photo together in 4 years! I’m so glad they came to me so I could catch them as they are right now! Their kids had so much fun and so did I. Instead of saying “cheese”, the kids came up with “cheese burger with ketchup!”. It worked and it even got me laughing!!

Thank you Pam and Alex for sharing your evening with me and to all the family for giving me amazing smiles!!!
